With a Parkinson's diagnosis, that after seven years has begun spreading to his legs, getting around is not what it used to be. But Kurt Olav is unstoppable, and he brings with him college friend and documentarian Pål Winsents to the big city - Los Angeles. In Kule Kurt - Cowboyen fra Osterøy, Kurt Olav was on his way to make a real Hollywood-style film. This sequel has no less heart-warming charm and relentless ambition. However, the trip to Hollywood proves not to be as successful as he had hoped - until he meets his American classmate giving the trip an unexpected musical turn.
