The kidney patient Frederikke desperately wants to become a mother. That requires a new kidney. During Easter holiday she plans to ask her brother for the kidney he promised her as a child. But on arrival he brings his new girlfriend revealing their pregnancy, making it almost impossible for Frederikke to ask.
