Swedish animal rights action film. Extremely strange things are happening at a US military base under the command of Colonel Whitlock. Under the pretext of necessary animal testing, Whitlock is illegally developing chemicals for biological warfare. Top CIA agents Lomax and Santino are tasked with investigating the mysterious machinations Whitlock has planned to take over the world.
