The narrative follows researchers, field assistants, local communities, and volunteers who sustain a continuous, tireless effort of care and conservation on a daily basis. Key figures in the film include Patrícia Medici and field assistant José Maria Aragão—known as Zé—who has been part of INCAB’s work for decades.
