A group of influential businessmen use legitimate real estate ventures to disguise their lucrative drug trafficking operations. While they present themselves as respectable entrepreneurs, their criminal empire quietly expands behind closed doors. Local police are determined to bring them down, but despite constant surveillance and investigation, they lack the solid evidence needed to secure arrests.
