Christmas Eve is approaching, parents are preparing gifts, and little Anežka longs for a doll from a shop window. She has no idea that her dream doll, Dorotka, is under the control of a mysterious puppet. He has transformed himself into a Whisperer who appears to the girl, tempting her to lie, talk back, and be insensitive. Every time Anežka hurts someone, his power grows stronger.
