She started her career in the entertainment industry as a playback singer before transitioning to acting. Madonna made her acting debut in 2015 with the Malayalam film "Premam," directed by Alphonse Puthren. Her role as Celine George, a college student who eventually marries the protagonist, was widely appreciated and helped her gain a strong foothold in the industry.
