
Cybela Clare is an American independent filmmaker, writer, producer, actress, cinematographer, and editor whose work explores subjects ranging from extraterrestrial phenomena and paranormal experiences to animal rescue and conservation. She made her feature-film debut with Bird’s Eye View (2009), a genre-bending film that combines comedy, science fiction, mystery, and documentary elements. Clare wrote, directed, produced, edited, and starred in the film. Clare later directed and produced the documentary series ETs Among Us, beginning in 2016, exploring UFO sightings, alleged extraterrestrial encounters, government conspiracies, and other unexplained phenomena. Her work also includes Animal Magnetism (2016) and From Parrots to Elephants: Worldwide Animal Rescues (2020), reflecting her interest in animal welfare and conservation. In 2025, she returned to narrative filmmaking with Déjà Vu: The Peril of Pauline, a mystery-comedy incorporating science-fiction and reincarnation themes.
