As Seen on ABC's "SHARK TANK", Brandon Fay Is the founder of Pasta By Hudson. A fast-casual fresh pasta bar located in Columbus Circle, in the heart of NYC. In 2001, he joined the Fireman Hospitality Group. Throughout his tenure he held many titles and responsibilities, from Maitre D’ to Managing Director of The Trattoria Dell’Arte. Located directly across the street from world famous Carnegie Hall, he helped propel Trattoria Del’Arte to become one of New York’s most successful, profitable and iconic Italian Restaurants. He also consulted in the openings of many more of the Fireman Group’s restaurants. Though his talents and strengths lie in this field, he also has a true passion for the arts. He studied acting at the Acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. He has appeared in several television commercials including a $30 million Multimedia Ad Campaign Partnership with Truvia and CBS. You can see him regularly Sunday mornings on CBS NEW YORK with his own cooking segment entitled “Cooking with Brandon”. His food segment is the perfect outlet for him to share his passion for cooking, traveling and genuine love of New York City.
