The former star of The Overtones, who entertained and delighted audiences around the world after signing a five album record deal with Warner Music and selling more than million albums went solo with his own music in 2019 and is finding his greener pastures. From performing for the royal family at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations at Buckingham Palace for a crowd of 250,000, headlining the London Palladium, Apollo and 02 several times, Lockie has always held the crowd in the palm of his hands with warmth, wit and humour all bound together by his truly powerful and distinctive four-octave singing range, which, when coupled with his songwriting has seen audiences go from a tear to laughter in the space of a chorus. Also a star of theatre and tv (recently ‘Crashing’ on Channel 4/Netflix written by the multi award-winning Phoebe Waller-Bridge) Lockie recently introduced his painting to fans and followers and they are hitting gentle heartstrings with their childlike innocence, tenderness, warmth and wonder.
