Karen Mitchel is the niece of Les Gold and the cousin of Ashley Broad and Seth Gold. She is made a co-manager of the Jewelry department at American Jewelry and Loan by Les in the final two seasons of Hardcore Pawn, much to the chagrin of the siblings.
