
Kyle James Wright is a Colorado-born writer, director, and composer who came to filmmaking crewing on feature films including Halina Reijn’s A24 slasher comedy ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ which premiered at SXSW in 2022, Celine Song's Academy Award Nominated 'Past Lives' which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023, and Pedro Almodóvar's ‘The Room Next Door,’ which premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival where it won the Golden Lion. Kyle is a graduate of Middlebury College and is currently pursuing his MFA as a writer-director at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Film Conservatory.
