Shelby Howell

A native of Bangor, Shelby Howell was crowned Miss Maine USA on 11 May 2025 and will represent Maine at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. As a first-generation college student studying business administration and management, Shelby combines her personal experience with her entrepreneurial vision to empower families and advocate for generational stability. She has created the Single Parent Housing Foundation, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to helping single parents
