A native of Burlington, Olivia Redding was crowned Miss North Dakota USA on 8 August 2025 and will represent North Dakota at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Olivia is the youngest sister of Miss North Dakota USA 2019 Samantha Redding.
