Yngwe Elstak

Yngwe Dalpho Friedrich (Henk) Elstak (1927–2010) was a Surinamese military officer. From 25 November 1975 (the independence of the Republic of Suriname) to 25 February 1980 (the Sergeants' Coup), he was the first commander-in-chief of the Surinamese Armed Forces.
