Whilst chasing after HUNG, CHUN is caught red-handed and charged for possession of drug. He knows that he has been trapped. In fact the whole plot is designed by CHIC, an inspector of the police who believes CHLN has been deeply involved in the business thus is doing whatever possible to get him in jail.
