Gopi is very happy as his dream of owning a house is coming true. The agent agrees to sell the house at ten lakhs instead of the market rate of thirty lakhs. Chandramukhi alerts Gopi to check the papers but he is convinced that the deal is coming through because the owner is migrating to Uganda.
