“The Truth of the Universe,” Aza Zorth, has a certain number of worshippers in each dimension, including Death Gavan. These prisoner-worshippers have been released into the world. Meanwhile, Reiji has finally crossed dimensions to arrive at MultiEarth I5109, where he learns of the events that befell Kiki and Kotobuki. Suddenly, he is swallowed up by the Maque Space and finds himself fighting Death Gavan and the escaped prisoners.
