It's all about Americans in Paris as Ina Garten hits the French capital, visiting some of the city's finest restaurants helmed by American chefs. Then, Ina whips up delicious pastrami tartines at Poilane Bakery and throws Jeffrey a surprise birthday party with a boat trip down the River Seine.
