Underdog is requested to deliver gold bricks from the bank to an undisclosed location. But Riff Raff and his henchman Mooch disguise themselves as toll guards and surreptitiously steal the gold. When Underdog gets to the secret location, the gold bricks are gone and Underdog is placed under arrest for grand larceny.
